Glen D. Duvel, Esq. is currently in house counsel for Arbor Financial Group and the Owner of Duvel Law, APC. Prior to that he was a Partner with Geller | Conrad | Duvel, LLP, and prior to that, Mr. Duvel was a Partner with Duvel & Duvel, Inc. Mr. Duvel has balanced a full-time career as an attorney with college level teaching. He has taught pre-law courses at Cal Poly Pomona. Legal Experience
Since 2000, Mr. Duvel has focused his practice on Labor & Employment Law and Business Law/Civil Litigation. During his career he has represented numerous clients in all types of employment-related matters. Mr. Duvel's main focus is representing small businesses in all facets of business, including corporate matters, employee matters and litigation. He has obtained successful resolutions, including favorable settlements and trial verdicts, in numerous class actions and cases involving individual wage & hour disputes, wrongful terminations, discrimination, retaliation and contract disputes, among others. He has also represented business clients in claims pertaining to trade secrets, non-compete clauses, breaches of contracts, injunctions, temporary restraining orders, as well as many other types of business disputes.
Speaking Engagements Mr. Duvel has conducted multiple seminars and prepared extensive written materials on the topics of employment law, employment litigation and all facets of employee interaction. Mr. Duvel has lectured to small business owners about the perils of business ownership, employee litigation, and dealing with disingenuous demand letters and shakedown litigation tactics.
Activities Mr. Duvel has been married over 25 years and has three children. He coaches his children's soccer teams, Little League Teams, basketball teams, and enjoys playing golf, tennis and other recreational sports.
