A Little About Me

I work in the part of the mortgage industry where growth, operations, recruiting, marketing, technology, and reality all collide.

As Director of Business Development & Licensing at ARBOR, I help loan officers, branch managers, and mortgage businesses scale in a way that actually makes sense operationally — not just on paper.

A lot of my work sits at the intersection of:

recruiting and growth strategy
platform development
mortgage operations and licensing
marketing and automation
helping producers build businesses that are scalable, profitable, and sustainable
long term

I spend most of my time thinking about what actually helps loan officers grow: Better infrastructure. Better systems. Better support. Less friction.

At ARBOR, we’ve built a model that gives producers more control, better technology, stronger operational support, and the ability to scale without feeling like they have to rebuild their business every time they want to grow.

Outside of work, I’m a mom, lifelong equestrian, and someone who genuinely loves building things — businesses, systems, brands, teams, and occasionally convincing myself another horse is somehow a practical investment. Always happy to connect with people building interesting things in the mortgage space.
