The Mortgage Post Closer is responsible for reviewing closed loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to final delivery, funding confirmation, and investor shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review closed loan packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Ensure all required documents are signed, dated, and properly executed
• Clear post-closing conditions and resolve document deficiencies
• Coordinate corrections with closing agents, title companies, and internal teams
• Prepare loan files for investor delivery and recordation
• Track and follow up on trailing documents (final title, recorded docs, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records and meet post-closing timelines
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of mortgage post-closing or related experience preferred
• Knowledge of mortgage documents and closing processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
• Familiarity with investor and compliance requirements a plus
