This is a key operations role that ensures a smooth, compliant, and timely closing experience for our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and review loan closing documents with precision and compliance.
  • Coordinate funding of mortgage loans efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate with internal teams, title/escrow companies, and lenders to ensure seamless closings.
  • Maintain strict adherence to investor and company guidelines.
  • Support the team with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in mortgage loan doc drawing and/or funding.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage guidelines, compliance, and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
