What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review loan closing documents with precision and compliance.
- Coordinate funding of mortgage loans efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate with internal teams, title/escrow companies, and lenders to ensure seamless closings.
- Maintain strict adherence to investor and company guidelines.
- Support the team with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
